AmCraft Garage Systems, LLC hereby warrants that its products are fit for use According to the written recommendations of AmCraft Garage Systems, LLC. AmCraft Garage Systems, LLC further warrants that all products are free of defective materials, design and workmanship and thereby provides a five (5) year limited warranty on all parts and materials.

This warranty only applies to AmCraft Garage Systems products and materials, which are manufactured, packaged and sold by AmCraft Garage Systems, LLC or an authorized distributor or dealer.

The liability of AmCraft Garage Systems, LLC shall be limited to: Repair or replacement of defective parts or materials; The cost, including labor and materials to repair or replace defective parts or materials not resulting from negligence, misuse, improper maintenance or accidents to the products;

If AmCraft Garage Systems, LLC receives, during the warranty period, notice of defect on any product, AmCraft Garage Systems, LLC shall either repair or replace the defective Product, at AmCraft’s option. Where labor charges are not covered by AmCraft’s limited warranty, repairs shall be at AmCraft Garage Systems, LLC standard charges for labor.

AmCraft Garage System shall have no obligation to repair or replace until the Customer returns the defective product to AmCraft Garage Systems, LLC.

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, NEITHER, AMCRAFT GARAGE SYSTEMS, LLC NOR ITS THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS MAKE ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE COVERED AMCRAFT GARAGE SYSTEMS PRODUCTS AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, THE REMEDIES PROVIDED IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT ARE THE CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES.

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, EXCEPT FOR THE OBLIGATIONS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT, IN NO EVENT SHALL AMCRAFT GARAGE SYSTEMS OR ITS THIRD PARTY SUPPLIES BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
